ABSTRACT

This research examines the rise of niches and their effect on post-developmental paradigm of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has been a monarchy for past centuries. Social media revolution in Saudi Arabia has impacted the ideology of Saudi Arabia eventually enriching the society. The research focuses upon the perspective that renders a coherent and well-structured mechanism that leads to a social change, as well as, the development of a more focused and comprehensive thought process that leads to development of a societal bonding. The scope of the study has been limited to current Saudi Arabia pivotal social transformation via social and digital media. The topic highlights and studies the rise of such classes through social and digital media and their post-effect. The study focuses upon the development of the Saudi masses through the phenomenon of social media expansion and also displays the prospect change that is expected to take place as the nation goes through the process of transformation. Therefore, this research is going to develop a more comprehensive know how of the process that is expected to outreach the masses. The element discussed is the revolution caused by social media, termed as 'the social media revolution'. Quantitative research method has been selected by the researcher to conduct the survey questionnaire with the purposively selected participants. The participants of the study according to different age segments, gender and location, are the Saudi citizens (Primary stakeholders), expatriates (Secondary Stakeholders) to provide contribution first-hand on the situation and how it differs from their personal experience and culture and also, foreign input (Key Stakeholders) for international perspective over the matter. These are the people that have an important role in the business world, and have significant influence upon organizations that may operate in KSA.
