Introduction

The common definition of service agreement is that it is the agreement that creates relationship between the client and the service provider. This agreement states that what service or product will be provided by the company, management of delivery, how agreement will be terminated and what will be the consequences case of unsatisfactory delivery of the service etc (Radosevier, 1997).
