This paper intends to discuss the different social responsibility movements. Different factors which become the reason behind social movements will be discussed. Moreover, the impact of groups over social change will also be discussed. Overall, the different aspects of social change will be observed in the paper. Lastly, poverty in hunger and its relationship with the disabilities in the black community will be explored. The purpose of this paper is to make the reader aware about different issues related to the societal change and movements.

Social Responsibility

Social changes are brought through the movements carried on by the public. The voice of public has been one of the most important reasons behind the social change within the American Society. The United States of America have witnessed several social changes through different movements. The identity movement and the integrity movements are assumed to be the most important ones in relation with the social change brought about within United States of America. There are immense social changes being witnessed within the American society. United States of America is a society having different people living all along (Robert, 1986).

For instance, the intense change within the social structures of the society can be observed within the fact of President Obama leading the United States of America. Once upon a time, it was extremely difficult for Black of African Americans to even look for their smooth survival amongst the white community of the country. But for now, President Obama has been reelected for his term reflecting the immense social change within the mentalities of people. Moreover, the elimination of discriminatory factors on the basis of race, culture, gender and even religion also reflect the significance of social change movements witnessed within United States of America. In my opinion, the identity movement has been more successful in order to bring about a significant social change within the society of United States of America.

The social changes can be regarded as institutional and non institutional both. The concept of shared responsibility is also important to analyze while talking about the social changes movement within United States. For instance, the concept of shared responsibility in relation with the field of criminal justice suggests that all the participants like victims, offenders and society are equally responsible in the happening of a crime.
