Introduction

We live in a world that is at war - a spiritual war. The battle is fought on three fronts:

The world (1 John 2:16, Romans 12:1-2)

The flesh or sinful nature (Galatians 5:13-25; Romans 7:13-25)

The devil, Satan (1 John 12:31; John 14:30; Ephesians 6:10-20; 1 Peter 5:8).

This spiritual war began with the fall of Satan at an unknown time in the past. It entered human history with the fall of Adam and Even (Genesis 3:1-7). It is the battle of the ages. It is to the death. There will be only one winner. Even though God through Jesus Christ has already won the battle, the enemy continues to do all he can in a vain attempt to regain the ultimate victory. In the following report Spiritual Warfare is discussed in accordance to bible and different verses.

Spiritual Warfare

Spiritual warfare can be defined as the fight against Demons which a believer must do, it is not physical but spiritual in which spiritual ways are used like prayers, self control etc. to resist from the temptation of Satan and his wicked plans to convince believers to commit sin.

Spiritual warfare in accordance to Bible

The key to successful spiritual warfare is to find a balance based on the teachings of the Bible. We find that Christ sometimes rebukes the demons out of people mentioning, and some times without any mention of the demons. The Apostle Paul teaches Christians to declare war against sin in themselves (Romans 6), and to declare war against the evil one (Ephesians 10:6-18).

Ephesians 10:6-12 declares, "Finally my brethren be strong in the Lord and in the severity of his power. Put on the full armor of God, in order to appreciate that stand against the strategies and tricks of Satan. The Spiritual Warfare is not with flesh ...
