The management of the company has to expand his business because of their popularity and the numerous people have chosen their coffee product among the other different competitors that are prevailing in the market. For this the, management of the Starbucks coffee shop has implement new and different marketing strategies to enhance their business by enhancing more chairs for in-house guests (Leask, 2008).

The Starbucks coffee shop has to increase his business by increasing more chairs for in-house guests. The coffee shop has provided more chairs for increasing the number of visitors and also provides all the services that providing to those customers who avail the services before.
