Subject: Current Budget Situation

It has been seen that none of the team members are putting in their hard work and working according to their potential for the project that we have undertaken. The situation of the project is evident from the team's performance and also that the deadlines are being missed. Some of the team members are not managing their work in an efficient manner, which is why their deadlines are being missed. It has been already communicated to the members that deadlines are to be met of the project and that every person should make sure that the company is able to achieve the project objectives and complete it in a timely manner.

We are six weeks behind the project execution stage and our budget is being significantly affected due to this negligence and delay. The members have failed to work in accordance to the project and it has cost the management and the company a huge amount. The budget set for the project has depleted and now whatever cost is being incurred for the completion of the project will be counted as a loss for the business.

I want all the team members to put in their maximum efforts and complete the project in the coming 1.5 weeks. As we are already six weeks behind the project, I want each team member to make sure that the new deadline is followed and all the assigned tasks are completed on time in order to avoid future delays and make the project a success.
