Introduction

The role of school personnel in increasing student achievement has become a growing debate in many research studies. With dramatic changes taking place in today's world, the school personnel including principals, teachers and any other staff which are in charge of educating our children have significant and monumental role to play for continually increasing achievement of students. Administrative leadership in schools today is not only responsible for increasing academic achievement of students but they are also responsible for constructing their positive personalities so that they could be able to learn how and what to learn and face the challenges of life bravely and boldly.

Statement of the Problem

There can be a positive link between the increased efficacy and instructional leadership on increased student achievement. Critically exploring administrators' perceptions with relation to instructional leadership efficacy and perceptions of teachers regarding efficacy that is associated with student achievement and instructional practices will be significant in determining critical relationship between administrator efficacy, administrator instructional leadership and increased student achievement.

Purpose of Study

There are multiple purposes of this research based on administrators' efficacy, instructional leadership, teachers' efficacy, collaboration between educators and increased student achievement.

1) The primary purpose will of this research is centered on examining administrative behaviors that have significant impact on teachers' self efficacy to increase student achievement.

2) The second purpose will center on determining and examining behaviors of administrators which are significantly associated with increased student achievement.

3) The third purpose of this study will center on identifying relationship between administrator instructional leadership on student achievement.

4) The fourth purpose will focus on examining relationship between administrators' instructional leadership efficacy on teachers' efficacy to increase student achievement.

5) The fifth purpose will on focus on examining the extent to which teachers' efficacy is significant for increased student success affecting student achievement.

6) The sixth purpose will center on examining the extent to which administrative promotional efforts or teachers' participation level in collaboration with other educators is significant for student achievement.

7) The seventh purpose will focus on examining the association between collaborative practices of teachers on increased student achievement and administrator role in facilitating this relationship through instructional leadership and professional development.

8) The eighth and last purpose of this research is to examine the influence of personal and school demographic characteristics of both administrators and teachers on their efficacy.
