Introduction

There are certain advantages and disadvantages about whether young children must be subjected to jail in case of the committed crime or not. The advantages of pronouncing imprisonment to young children are: children learn sooner the consequences of their actions, the sooner they are held accountable for their actions, the level of equality in the eyes of law for everyone can be maintained and make them a good human being in the future.
