Abstract

The process of recruitment has been one of the important priorities of any organizations in respect to hire the organization and to provide consumers satisfaction through better services. Therefore the process of recruitment of selection in any organization is done very carefully and with huge responsibility. Like many other organizations, the food chain services has also made a great development in the recruitment and selection process and therefore has implemented processes that has lead to more careful process that is related to the hiring. With many different and huge recruitment and selection centres, McDonald's follows a slope on the market to be more careful in hiring. This has been done to get employees more aligned with their goals and decrease turnover. Compared to the former selection process, in which young people completed a curriculum in stores and were hired after an interview with the manager, the efficiency increased. There has been different other methods and the processes implemented that has to the development of McDonald's with the proper reforms and developmental processes for the betterment of the employees and for the organization. On the other hand, many other processes like referral programs, benefits like few facilities and compensations are also provided to the employees in order to improve the services that are provided to the organization. This dissertation aims to find out the most effective and efficient methods of recruitment and selection. From the data analysis, questionnaire survey, and the interview the results will be found. Further, the flaws and the gaps will also be highlighted in order to make this process effective and efficient. Table of contents
