Introduction

My patients name was Cassius Clay; he changes his name after his conversion to Islam, on behalf of his struggle for the emancipation of blacks. He is very talented, nice talker, fast. Background

My patient is a boxer, American player in heavyweight category. He was named sportsman of the century by an assembly of journalists international before Pele. He owes his worldwide fame as much for his athletic performances by his loud voice, he conduct extra sporting and political activism. He suffers from Parkinson's disease since 1982. On 17 December 2005, he received in Berlin's Medal of Peace Otto Hahn, awarded biennially by the German company, on behalf of the UN agency. My patient was born on 17 January 1942 at Louisville. It bears the name of a general abolition of Kentucky, Cassius Marcellus Clay, who freed his thousands of slaves in the early nineteenth century. Previously, this award honoured with Mikhail Gorbachev and the Simon Wiesenthal.
