ABSTRACT

This research studies intends to answer the question relating to the impact of implementing Strategic Planning of human resources on the Serbian public sector. It tends to inculcate different notions related to the identified subject, in order to develop an effective and efficient understanding of the subject. This research adapts the mixture of qualitative and quantitative methodology approach which is guided by the fact that it helps in identifying and interpreting different phenomena's regarded as significant.

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

This chapter of the research tends to develop an understanding and identify the reasons for conducting a research onto the identified topic. However, in the context of this paper this chapter would inculcate the notions relating to the process of strategic planning in human resources in the Serbian public sector. In order to understand the dynamics of the subject, this chapter would also inject an understanding of the role HRM tends to play in the modern world (Witzel, 2004). The nomenclature of this chapter tends to stand on the bricks of problem statement, research design, theoretical framework, and intends to chalk out the solutions to help address the underlines notions of the factors related to the subject identified above.
