Introduction

The Community development approaches are designed to meet the diverse needs minority groups who are facing the social, cultural, poverty and health issues. The collaborative researches are meant to address the challenges of development in these communities. This research project focuses on the development of African American community with effective collaboration through dynamic leadership skills that may help the community to adequately achieve their personal needs. The communities research aims to evaluate the disproportionately with African Americans who do not have need assistance or not getting attention from the society developers. The interpersonal needs extensively vary to measure the weak and strong economic factors, fixing poverty, and community development, which have been neglected for several decades, but have been examined by theories infrequently (Bradshaw, 2006).

Collaborative leadership practices

Analyzing the intercultural collaboration leadership skills and practices there are several collaborative and interaction challenges for the researchers considering the African community. Collaborative leadership is perceptible where there is commitment and actions, participation, sustain hope, and build broad based involvement. The clarity in defining values of the leadership characterizes the quality collaborating leaders. The ethical, moral and imperative or spiritual reality standards provide guidance to the collaborative leaders by creating and sustaining the process of Visioning and mobilizing.
