According to Schwartz, “A great teacher inspires, a good teacher explains, a superior teacher demonstrates, whereas, a mediocre teacher tells” (Schwartz, 2012. Pp.79).

As a teacher, in many of the softer skills often taken for granted by the outsiders, it is essential for them to be competent in such skills and to understand their multi faceted role as a teacher. With the ability to be a good listener, understanding of individual learning styles, conducting of researches on particular subjects and ability to share knowledge is necessary for a teacher, whereas, being capable of demonstrating modern materials, assessing constantly and being approachable are the qualities compiled with the ability of being a good listener (Schwartz, 2012, pp.79). In accordance to the innate abilities, the ability to recognize and identify boundaries not is crosses with the use of softer skills to gain the best from the learners in addition to knowing your subject is also important for a teacher. The setting of realistic targets, no permissible means of cheating and to ensure full understanding, the teaching must not be adopted with short cut means.

As being a teacher, one must always be aware of resources to be accessed for support for both teachers it and his or her learner and must be acknowledge about their limits of responsibility.
