ABSTRACT

The vocational training and education is considered to be sharing many characteristics in common such as the period of training during job and there are significant policies for paying attention to both kinds of “contracted training” recently, with problems that rise such as completion rates, completing in the timely manner, and quality. In this paper, we analyze several studies that are conducted in past few years that are studied for analyzing apprentices and trainees, and general education for students. The methodology used for the study is secondary qualitative research. The study concludes that apprentices and education, both, are essential for students to achieve the career growth throughout life. Therefore, it is recommended that education must be provided to students with proper assessments, after that, students must be trained for their professional lives.

Education enables a person to live a full, satisfying life through improved economic prospects, and better health, and by making a greater contribution to society. The beneficial effects of education for individuals and society are jeopardized by high dropout rates. Dropouts rely heavily on public assistance and are more likely to get sick or die prematurely, creating significant public health costs. Government programs aiming to improve retention rates have varying levels of success (Kincheloe 1999: pp. 41-46). Consequences of high dropout rates can be assessed by examining the beneficial effects of education on the individual and society. A good education produces a stronger economy, reduces crime, breaks the cycle of poverty, increases civic involvement and improves quality of life. Innovative programs, starting in the early grades, high school counselling and career training, and adequately funded government policies will help students receive their rightful, quality education for the benefit of all ...
