Introduction

In order to understand and comprehend the changes and the challenges that have been felt and experienced over the passage of time, learning and education have been essential components and constituents that have been addressed and making way for the creation and the establishment of the necessary results and outcomes.

Moving in the times of today, education and learning is amongst the most important aspect that requires for students and children to yield the necessary results and outcomes and that how things unwind over the passage of time.

Individuals not only invest their energies into creating and establishing the necessary results and outcomes, but that they are able to provide for forming and designing strategies and tactics, that not only make way for progress and excellence, but also makes way for the creation and the establishment of strategies and tactics that would affect, influence and make way for progress (Barnett et.al, 2006).

Part I - Theory of Learning: Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

Educational development and establishment over the passage of time not only provides for the creation of a strong and constructive outcome, but also marks individual and collective development that is being experienced by both students and teachers with the classroom.

While attitudes and cognitive developments are being worked upon with throughout the service of clients and customers, the resulting and concluding behaviours displayed by students and pupils is the target and the final goal that has to be addressed in order to create student progress and teacher development within the boundaries of the institution (Catania, 2007).

For this paper, our focus and concentration revolves the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) that has been delivered and brought forth by B.F. Skinner. The theory was brought forth as a contribution towards the development and the modification of behavioural patterns that are being felt and experienced within the boundaries of the classroom.

The ideology that revolves around the applied behaviour analysis is the pursuit and the modification of behaviour within the conduct or activation of a learning process that takes place within the classroom. The process itself has been marked and identified through various processes, which highlight the ways in which academic institutions and educational entities are now investing their energies into creating this opportunity for progress (Cautilli, 2005).

Part II - Strengths and Weaknesses of the Theory

While much has been said and done considering the promulgation of theory, it becomes evident that regardless of the changes and the challenges that have been felt over the passage of time. Skinner's ideology of behaviour modification has managed to survive the odds of creating ad establishing the necessary outcomes in order to traces barriers to recovery of multiple students and children with the academic institutions.
