Tourism is one of the passions which people have that not only is counted in recreational activity but also helps to maintain lifestyle and explore different cultures at the same time. In order to make the business more successful there is a need for innovation and new ideas in order to maintain customer base and retain the customers so that they could be hooked with the brand for the long term success of the business.

The Rationale for Planning In the Travel and Tourism Industry

Planning is the process that allows for a strategic vision for an area that reflects the goals and aspirations of the community, and implemented with the identification of first choice for the best use of land development in the style you want to accept (Wilkinson, 1997). In addition, the tourism plan must be framed in the development plan County or municipality, i.e. the Municipal Plan include the study of tourism and other aspects of their physical and economic planning.

The tourism plan has a first action is to make an inventory of tourism resources in the target region but chained or single node to other nodes, and an analysis of potential clients interested in visiting the site (tourists, recreationists and population local), then measuring and comparing load with the potential visitors to discuss alternatives or uses, which is reflected in a budget, which would be an instrument to implement the plan and sets policy for the protection of both space, the investments required and the organization of the groups responsible (Wahab & Pigram, ...
