The paper focuses on the importance of philosophy of Transactional Analysis and implementing changes made by different researchers. Further it focuses on the development of the theory, with the help of a number of additions. Mainly the focus of the paper individual's rationality, reputation, equality and self-esteem.

Transactional Analysis

Introduction

The term Transactional Analysis is commonly recognised as TA. To its supporters Transactional Analysis is an integrative methodology, which links with the theory of psychology, along with psychotherapy. Transactional Analysis is labelled as integrative for the reason that it has components of psycho-analytic, humanist, as well as cognitive methodologies. TA or Transactional Analysis was initially established by Eric Berne, who was a Canadian born US psychoanalyst. Eric Berne identified and established the Transactional Analysis theory in the year 1950.

As per the International Association of Transactional Analysis, the theory of TA is based on human personality. The Transactional Analysis theory is a methodical psychotherapy, which is designed for personal growth, as well as for personal transformation. As per the theory of personality, Transactional Analysis it defines how individuals are controlled psychologically. The theory of Transactional Analysis uses one of its best acknowledged models, the ego state Parent-Adult-Child archetypal. The similar model is also helpful in explaining as to how people purpose and express the personality through their behavior. This is mainly the theory used for communication, which can be further extended so as to analyse the systems within an organisation.

Transactional Analysis deals with the child development theory as it explains how an individual's adult arrays of life patented in the early childhood. This enlightenment is mainly based on the concept of a “Life or even the Childhood Script”. It deals with the assumption that human being does continue to re-play their childhood approaches, despite the fact, that it ends in pain or even as defeat. Thus, Transactional Analysis claims to present one of the theories of psychopathology (Eric, 1975).
