These words of Emerson truly reflect how a passionate person should live his or her life. Life is not a bed of roses. It presents many challenges to us, but the winner is one who faces these challenges, and proves himself as a remarkable individual. Life has also thrown many challenges to me, and I dealt with them bravely. My motto in life is to be myself and discover pearls of knowledge to awaken my spirit and to serve others.

I have always been interested in the Hospitality and tourism industry. Tourism has developed into the world economy as a very important and dynamic sector, particularly for developing countries. Its growth has consequences not only to the activities associated with tourism (especially in the private sector) but also to other sectors, such as transport. It enables the creation of jobs for various levels, professional and unskilled, and who are often excluded from the labor market, such as women. In some developing countries, tourism is already an important and dynamic sector and will continue in other countries. I believe that it is important for the management of the tourism sector to effectively handle the problems through utilizing strategies and values and principles as the guidelines. Workplace diversity in International Hospitality and Tourism Industries is not prized simply because it is pleasant to have different groups working next to each other, but because these groups must work together as a team to serve a variety of customers, and to generate a wide variety of useful ideas.

Being a manager, that too in the industry of tourism, is hard work. Becoming an effective manager is vital for a career in tourism management. There are numerous responsibilities and tasks which need to be fulfilled. The person working in the tourism management has to deal with his employees and the customers, as well. Communicating, the socializing art is also a relation talent. Relations formulate from fine group and interpersonal communicating abilities, but relationship abilities go even deep as well. The leader who is efficient in dealing with the issues of individuals, can begin and grow the relations with his employees, has an advantage of a fine and outstanding leadership.
