The Five-Step Procedure:

Risk Recognition: In this stage, a risk plan assesses threats on an XY-axis, with the X-axis presenting likelihood and the Y-axis presenting influence. This aid to prioritize what are observed as Wal-Mart's leading risks.

In the alleviation practicum, the populace who will be influenced most by a particular threat will be encouraged to take part.
