This chapter outlines the central argument and demarcates the focus, scope and content of the study as well as the methodological approaches. The chapter discusses introduction of the topic, clearly outlines the problem statement, presents research objectives, and sheds lights on significance of the research and the research design. The research design describes the aspects of phenomenological study, theoretical framework, questionnaires design, primary sources, the reliability of the research, research ethics, and validity of the study and limitations of research.
