“Although there is widespread acceptance of principles of human rights in the international law, but serious violations seemed to be continued. Hence, there is a requirement for reformation of international and regional human rights with reference to the protection of women's right.”

Introduction

Due to the failure of protection of rights in a legal system the violations of human rights occur. Also, the failure in punishing the perpetrator results in human rights violation. To understand the working system of justice, its role and the associated flaws that is essential in both monitoring the conditions of human rights and promoting the efforts to protect rights. It is necessary for the international and local systems to protect and establish human rights.

The rights that only entitled to human beings just by virtue of being a human termed as human rights. These are the rights of an individual and not tied to any group, social status or to a community. These rights not required to be earned by an individual. The meaning of respecting human rights is not violating them. To take the measures that is not also violated by others. Also,fulfill them by implementing good positive steps to make sure that every person enjoys their own rights.

Discussion

A tremendous expansion seen in the application and understanding of the rights of human over some recent years. This resulted in many promises and positive results. By gaining knowledge about the human rights empowers an individual to promote the solutions for specific society and particular problems. Implementation of equality and tolerance promotes within the society the reduction of friction. To claim the proper observance of human rights is to mean that there is proper safeguard of human rights. The prominent part or human rights is that how one interact with other in all levels of society. This includes the family, institutions, community, politics, international relations and the workplace.

These days, the women all over the world enjoy their own legal access to education, economic justice, healthcare and civil participation. This is due to the result of advocacy of generations on behalf of women. Despite the fact that women have gained gender equality over the past years, women are still facing assault, harassment, workplace discrimination and also at their homes. Many ha worked on the accomplishment of women's rights, but still there is still a need of advocates this field.

The main factors that are contributing in violation of human rights is gender inequality and discrimination; therefore, the government should protect, promote and respect especially the rights of women. This subject should be placed at the main items of all the policies by the government. Women's ethical violation is not a strange problem these days. The reason of their arise is the attitude that was acceptable until the time when it was limited only to the private sphere of life.
