The content of the email is quite unimpressive and ineffective as far as the quality and usefulness is concerned. The language that has been used in the email is quite informal and does not motivate the user to take any action. It also lacks completeness as the information that has been given seems to be incomplete. The word of date has been used but there is no mention of the date in it and only day and timings of the party have been given. Complete information means providing user with additional important information that helps in enhancement of the decision of the reader but in this email, the user remains confused and unmoved as the tone of the writer is unprofessional and unconcerned. But in this email the writer leaves many questions an answered. In terms conciseness, email contains unnecessary information that is of no good use to the reader such as mentioning of the friends wanting to arrange the party. One important element of correctness is that the information must be accurate in terms of facts and figure in addition to grammatical consideration but in this email the information is not accurate such as the date and the writer uses the word ASAP instead of telling readers about the exact deadline or last date or time for contribution which can play an important role in motivating the reader. Flow of information and presentation is incoherent and there is sudden switching of one topic to another without providing for any type of natural flow and connection between the information so that it looks coherent.
