Asian Views of Christianity

Introduction

Christianity is the oldest religions to have existed over centuries, stemming and rooting from the teachings and the religious scripts excerpted from Jesus Christ (Andersson and Greenspan, pp.77). While Christianity did split as a result of the Nestorian Schism, the religion spread far and wide, initially converting Mongols in the 7th century and entering the state of China during the revolution of the Tang Dynasty (618-907).

While there have been ample understanding and comprehensions of the challenges and the problems that occurred and came with religious transformations, there are multiple views that are associated with Christianity, particularly in the state of Asia, where people have been living with their distinct identities, history, culture and civilization.

Views of Asians on Christianity

In the view of the Asians, while the message of the Christ had been widespread and that many people did follow how far and wide can a person make way for a better outcome, it only proved that regardless of the challenges and the problems that have been visible and experienced over the centuries, Christianity has survived, but countless, reckless damage and destruction that has been done in the name of religion. While ample has been said in order to trace, it is necessary to assess the history of how Christianity came into existence and that with what measures and methods Christianity did came into existence at the pace it is today.

Churches served a great service towards the spread of Christianity to multiple heads and that which continue to spread and viral the message of the religion, making people much more motivated to join the cause of spreading the word in the name of this religion altogether.
