Introduction

In everyday life we ??meet with organizations that do not know why certain activities. Do not know where their work is, or where it comes from the need to do. Even ignoring the time and purpose, in addition to ignoring the processes and resources that counted (Stephen, 2004, 12). All these factors impact on product quality and / or service provided to a citizen or client. To give direction to the organization and direct efforts toward a specific purpose and results, you create the vision, mission and objectives (Bradford, 2000, 42)

The Vision

The vision is the image we have of the place where you want to go, how we see ourselves as an institution defined in the future. Vision allows us to propose a desirable future that is sufficiently clear and motivator for others to work in compliance (Patrick, 2003, 245).

The vision statement should meet the following criteria (Erica, 2012, 55)

What are we trying to achieve? It tells company's stakeholders about their future and ultimate goal to be achieved.

What are our values? It tells about the culture and ethnicity of the firm

How will produce results? It tells about the ways to achieve ultimate vision

How do we face change? It tells about the ways of being up dated

How will we get to be competitive? It tells about the basic core strategy of the firm
