Pulmonary System

Pulmonary system is responsible for moving blood from the heart to the lungs and back to the heart. The pulmonary system and the circulatory system are closely related. The pulmonary system is responsible for getting rid of waste products in your blood while helping to distribute blood rich in oxygen throughout the body. Same was the case of Mrs. Lee she was having a problem while breathing when she lies on bed for sleep. She feels relax sleeping on arm chair as the blood was freely circulating.

Genitourinary System

The urinary system includes the human urethra, bladder, ureters and kidneys. Anatomically and physiologically the urinary tract are closely related to the reproductive system. The most common form of urinary tract is pathology infectious diseases, and diseases of the genitourinary system. Mrs. Lee was feeling difficulty in her urinary system as the urine was not forming properly in her body. This is the change in systems that related to Mrs. Lee age group.

Cardiovascular system

In older people, there are changes in the heart and blood vessels secondary to aging and adaptation to it. The cardiovascular system comprised of the heart and blood vessels, arteries and veins. The function of the heart, as known, consists in pumping the blood to circulate it through the arteries to carry oxygen and other nutrients body; and the veins collect the waste products (Kellum, 2008). The heart consists of four chambers, two atria and two ventricles. Control the passage of each other is by the valves, in this way the heart functions as a hydraulic pump.

Respiratory system

Shortness of breath comprises a broad range sensation such as air hunger, increased work of breathing, chest tightness, feelings of suffocation and respiratory fatigue as in Mrs Lee (Hallenbeck, 2009). These sensations also relate with pathophysiology of heart failure.

Urinary system

The changes that occur in Vtkon of the senses: visual impairment, which occurs due, to lack of flexibility of the lens of the eye. And notes by keeping the person of things away from the eye relative and try to focus and look at the thing, for example, when looking at photos or reading, in addition to a lack of, transparency of the lens leads to see colors differently. Less efficient as the retina leading to difficulty dealing with powerful lights or difficulty compared to some of things with subtle differences. It is difficult to move quickly to the elderly as a result of visual impairment in general (Meilleur and Fombonne, 2009).
