Introduction

Behaviorism is the name given to a term that emphasizes the importance to conduct a specific form of behavior that cannot be denied by someone, except the students who are intent to control or to shape them in a form that they have learned. During training, reinforcement is offered and guided by the instructor and further this learning is accelerated by frequent positive reinforcement. There are a number of ways that are provided by this theory in order to manipulate the learners with incentive, encouraging the preferred performance or reaction, and emphasize the behavior with suitable rewards. Generally, the behaviorist theory is more focused towards positive support as compare to no corroboration or retribution. There are some other components of behaviorism that are considered to be more difficult.
