Bloom's Taxonomy

Since 1948, a group of educators undertook the task of classifying educational objectives. Set out to develop a classification system based on three aspects: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Paragraph cognitive work was completed in 1956 and is commonly known as Bloom's Taxonomy.

The central idea of this taxonomy is what educators have to want students to know, i.e. what the educational objectives are. Have a hierarchical structure ranging from simple to more complex or developed, up to the evaluation.
