Introduction

In the recent times, the importance of social attachments and interaction has grown stronger that not only supports the individuals to live a happy life, but also provides the communities with an opportunity to be connected with each other. No one can live in isolation and interdependent relationship between the societies and members of various communities ask them to find mutual objectives and ground to work (Porter et. al., 2007, p. 5).

All members of a society have to join hands together for the well being and happiness to spread at large scale. The capacity building process might be referred to as the source of such coordination and linkage at the community and governmental level (South Asia Social Accountability Network, 2005, p. n.d.).

Capacity Building

The capacity building could be stated as a process that is including the detailed list of activities that would help to identify the stakeholders as well as the need and strategies for capacity that will be based on the objectives of program (Department for Social Development, n.d., p. 6). The community engages in such process to build the social accountability that could be dynamic and based on the specific tools that are used to assess the accountability. The key step for the process could be the stage of assessing the capacity needs that will help in identifying the exact requirement for the process of building capacity (South Asia Social Accountability Network, 2005, p. n.d.).

Leadership

Leadership is the word that can be associated with the assurance of success and following the right path in any field of life. Most commonly the failures caused in any dimension of work life are to be linked with the absence of leadership. An effective leadership is the ace of success that gives vision and sense of direction to its followers. The leadership ensures that people are provided with the right kind of support, motivation and guidance on the right time.

The leadership could come in many forms to influence and convince people to see the world from their point of view. They set themselves as a role model for people to get inspired by them and to wish to either follow them or try to be like them. Leadership from the business perspective could be represented by the CEO of the organization who would be engaged in plotting the successful course for the company, will create a strong workplace environment while building the capital for the organization (Department for Social Development, n.d., p. 8).
