Since I have been in the education profession since twenty years, I now seek for some change. This is because I want to try something new in life and to add more credentials to my resume. I am very well aware of the core assumptions, use of systems, and the value of transformational leadership, action research, and democratic principles. Therefore, I aim to pursue my degree in organizational development.

Ten Year Career Plan

Career Goals

First five years

In the first three years, I plan to work as a Lecturer in a reputed university. During this time, I also aim to study organizational development. After the completion of three years, my aim is to work as an Assistant Professor for two years. Meanwhile, I also aim to writer as well as to publish articles for reputed journals. Moreover, I also want to provide assistance to the authors who publish books in the field of education.

Next Five Years

By this time, I aim to become a Professor and during this time, I also aim to review and correct the work of the other publications.

Objectives

I have chosen to study organizational development because it gives me the freedom to choose my desired path of career. Moreover, I will get to experience a unique kind of education. This will promote my creativity and sense of independent thinking. I aim learn to work with others as a team, and this will immensely help me in developing practical as well as analytical skills that will help me in attaining global success.

Outcomes

I will be doing work that I enjoy.

The degree that I will obtain will help me in attaining my future goals.

Research I will conduct will help in my field of education.
