Caring Behaviors of Nursing Instructors and Nursing Students

Abstract

The research will be based on the caring behaviors of nursing instructors and nursing students. The concept of nursing does not only involve the care for patient and his diseases. Nursing includes all the concepts of medication from the birth of the child to the death, providing an individual with all the basic needs of healthy life. This research will be founded on the secondary data. The research encompasses the publications, articles and similar studies accessible on the internet. Keeping in view the approach taken in earlier studies the research began with a broad analysis of the existing literature. This research will be continuous and can provide many feedbacks to students, which tends to move from a quantitative evaluation (rating) to qualitative (Feedback). Moreover, research indicates that summative evaluation (certificate) is not about a single observation (examination), but on a series of observations (formative assessments) to evidence of evolution in the learning of the participant. This is the continuum between formative assessment and summative evaluation. The findings & conclusions are based on the secondary data. Finally, research concludes with the possible positive impact of caring behaviors of nursing instructors and nursing students.
