How typical are the attitudes that Sheehy reports? Does his description of a new work ethic tally your own experiences?

There is the tradition in the workplace environment of ignoring and threatening of work ethics and their implications. People do not allow their management to bring changes in the organization. They do not feel comfortable to have work ethics or any other regulation imposed on them. The report survey showed around 50 percent employee theft losses company bear. These are some traditional attitudes of the employees that they would not change because of any one. It does not say that only middle class neighborhood people do it so, this attitude is related to the employees that are related to the upper class family. This problem associates with the men and women also. The younger employees have to steel because of their pressure. There are no ethical considerations into these problems. Talking about the own experience, I would like to conclude the answer that there are many ethical violations at workplace environment, and people do not realize their mistakes. The employee theft problem is associated with almost every organization (Henn, 2009).

What are the implications for the future of American business of the work ethic Sheehy describes?

Sheehy thinks that American Businesses are seemed boring, undemanding, unsatisfying, and lazy in the perception of young employees. The young employees are the college students they don't feel like to work enthusiastically. They just want to get rid of customer and don't want to give them attention. They just work for the sake of work. Sheehy thought that a no holds barred, trample-over-anybody, get what you want approach is the essential and alluring road to success.
