Introduction

Over the past century, the perceptions of disability have changed dramatically. Different medical developments, expectations for the disabled persons functioning, ideas about health and illness and threats to health and development of disabled peoples have put major effect to the perceptions. This paper examines the challenging disability of the individuals and its influence along with the Predictive failure Analysis towards the disabled peoples.

The paper includes the prevalence in the United States of changing disability and of the conditions responsible for impairment. This also includes the trends that are associated to challenging disability in the prevalence of chronic conditions. Physical impairment is a major cause to that increase in this challenging disability and that emotional behaviour and neurological disabilities. Importance of improving socioeconomic disparities in disability prevalence and lack of progress in taking better measures and data sources across different levels of government and social serving agencies have been discussed. This paper emphasizes to plan more strategic, effective policies and interventions, to strengthen the understanding of the causes of challenging disability of the individuals.

Social inclusion awareness for people with disabilities is a great concern for many countries. The increasing percentage of challenging disabilities among individuals is more possible in connection with the educational systems of such countries. The negative attitudes have been faced by the people with disabilities and they face discrimination and prejudice. Different psychological attributes that are closely connected to these attribute dimensions such as pleasant-unpleasant, good-bad, are part of our discussion. There are two main components for the attitude towards out groups, i.e. cognitive component and affective component. The beliefs about group members are related to cognitive component and some specific feelings towards the group members is called affective component.

The challenging disabilities are certainly influential upon the attitude and behaviour of the people. Behavioural intentions and controlled perceptions are often acted by the people with increasing changing disability. Therefore, it is required to show a positive attitude by a person without disability towards the disabled person for promotion of positive attitude in a person with changing disabilities. Social and economical, changes could be empowered among the disabled person through such behavioural changes. In fact, the positive attitude towards the people with learning disabilities has shown successful inclusion among them.

The research work that has been conducted towards the challenging disability has proven that negative attitude towards the people with learning disabilities tend to emerge disgrace and prejudice during early childhood. The human race considers itself as the most civilized, established and cultured creature on this planet. Different societies design their own rule of law according to which one can survive in them. As the human beings are touching peaks in every sphere of life and in this era of globalization many international laws have been enforced for the betterment of society. Yet, there are some aspects of our life that are still needed to be addressed.
