The Cold War commenced from the end of World War Two until 1991. It was a rivalry between the two super power states, USSR, and US, and this combat was supported on the issue of two divergent ideologies to the world, Capitalism and Communism. Ideology is a set of thoughts and principles, which configuration the foundation of a monetary or political system. Therefore, from monetary and political procedure, we can observe the divergences of ideology between the West and the USSR. (Kort, 2001)
