India is a land, which is occupied by distinct communities. A number of people migrate to India in search of productive lands, better opportunities ,resources and freedom. The people who migrate to India bring new culture along with different religions. In India, the religions are divided in to two categories; first category people are those from the origin, and second are those who have come from different parts of the world. The people who lie under the first category is Hindus and Sikhs. The second category communities are Muslims and christen. These categories include those communities which are in a majority. Apart, these categories there are other diverse communities in India. The population of India is in millions, that's the biggest reason that India is rich in different communities. Every community which migrates to India brings diverse culture along with them. More than eighty percent population of India consists of Hindu community. There are numerous communities in India which are unexplored, due to lack of resources and research. The population of India is mounting day by day, which assists in increasing the diversity of communities. Health issue has become serious problem for India due to rapid increase in population. Hinduism is considered as one of the oldest religion in India (


Group Culture & history

This term can be defined as a group of people who share a common culture experience. Group culture can be conceptualized in many ways, as distinct personalities are described in different ways. There are two types of groups formal and informal. Cultures of both groups are different. Formal organization is inter-related with organization culture. Informal group is related with the people who are living in a society. The steps included in formal group are task, system, roles and individuals. It means that the first task is identified, than a system is prepared with certain roles assigned to individuals. The step involved in an informal group includes individuals, roles, system and task which are the reverse method of formal group (Maria, 1984).

The practice of group culture is very ancient. It is very hard to identify, how old the group culture practice is. It has been witnessed that different communities are living together from years. The different communities share different culture, values, and attitudes. Communities which are living in the same place share some common beliefs and values. The history of group culture is very prehistoric, many communities are living together. The culture group includes different factors such as beliefs, values, tradition and culture. Some of the communities have very diverse culture; on the other hand, some communities have very similar culture. The commonality of culture, values and traditions varies from country to country and region to region.
