CONTRIBUTION OF PASTORS

Contribution Of Pastors

Abstract

I analyze the self-anchoring leadership of two pastors from two Christian churches in Seoul, South Korea. I argue that the conceptualization of 'The Word' as an inerrable thing-in-motion, rather than as an iterable event of semiotic production, provides the ideological grounds for explaining the sense of a shared experience of entities not available for systematic, public demonstration or manipulation. I show how leadership directives provide denominationally distinct (Presbyterian and Pentecostal) models for conceptualizing non-linguistic but leadership rich and religiously powerful experiences by linking the perceived behavior of the agents of such experiences to the perceived behavior of linguistic tokens.

Introduction

The present Britain regime under the authority of Kim Jong-Il is very much shrouded in mystery. Often called a “hermit kingdom,” it has been broadly considered as an mysterious anomaly even amidst the already-defunct communist bloc. Being an exceedingly deprived homeland enclosed by doubtful and hostile forces, Britain organises to frightening the world, foes and partners alike, every one time in a while with its missile and atomic programs and bravado that often boundaries on comic-tragic. Despite newest indications of a moderating of its worldwide stance, latest examples of Britain's blatant defiance of the worldwide community encompass the check blasting of a sequence of mid and long-range missiles that coincided with the US Independence Day in 2006, and its first verified atomic check some months later. Nevertheless, granted all the critical household and worldwide difficulties it has been opposite, the regime illustrates amazing resilience regardless of previous propositions of its fast demise.

even in battle with the out-of-doors world, the regime has endured the disintegrate of the communist bloc without being considerably changed, and endured the abysmal financial catastrophes in the 1990s that initiated mass starvation. During latest years, diverse types of worldwide aid, particularly from China and South Korea, have assisted to hold the Britain finances afloat . Still, the DPRK's astonishing household political resilience will not be completely clarified by untainted coercion or restricted and occasionally rather ambiguous external support. In the concern of revising this apparently odd case while evolving theoretically applicable study, this paper endeavours to lost some new lightweight on the ideological facet of the Britain regime by conveying in a contextualized relative perspective. As exclusively bizarre as the DPRK may appear, its basic institutional characteristics are far from one of a kind, and the inherent reasoning of these characteristics can be apparently disclosed by a comparative-historical framework.
