1 Introduction

In this report we would highlight the importance of creativity in problem solving and in achievement of business ethics in an organization. Business problem solving is not an easy task. Often businesses are faced with intricate problems that need to be solved by taking deliberate measures. These painstaking efforts typically require that the business managers engage in various creative problem solving techniques. These problem solving techniques could be either structured or unstructured. The life of businessmen and managers is faced with many business problems that arise every day. Then, they have to deal with these problems. Most often it is better solving the problem through a concerted effort rather than alone.
