Hotel Crowne Plaza

Hotel Crowne plaza is famous for its excellent service. Hotel Crowne Plaza is located in the centre of the city and is considered as one of the best hotels of the city. The hotel provides extensive services which increase the customer satisfaction. The hotel is located in the centre of the city and thus making it easier for the visitors to locate it. The hotel is location is very important because it is the busiest area of the city. All the motorways and the main roads are easy to access from the hotel. The hotel offers variety of services which include the 352 first class guest rooms, about 32 suites and club rooms, more than 10 meeting rooms and about 730 space car parks.

Keeping in view the demand of the visitors and the guest, the hotel management has formed marketing strategies which will directly impact the business of the hotel. The marketing strategies are developed in such a way that the hotel would sustain in the competitive market and be a market leader. However, the marketing tool which increased the hotel business manifold is the hotel affiliation with the intercontinental hotel group.

If the hotel is associated with the extensive network of hotels, it brings in many advantages for the hotel. Due to strong internal recognition of the intercontinental hotel group, the hotel Crowne plaza enjoys lots of market share and has become market leader. The intercontinental hotel group offers more than 3700 hotel all over the world with about 550,000 guest rooms.
