Introduction

Many people today think that rape can only be done by any stranger or irrelevant person but the statistics show that almost 52 percent of victims of rape are being raped by their acquaintances, friends or known persons. Girls and women are most probably the victims of rape but recent cases of male victims are also reported. Most of the times, the friendships, relations and dates never lead to rape and sexual assault. But unfortunately sometimes it happens. Whenever the sex in term of violence is occurred between two or more people who know each other is known as acquaintance rape and date rape.

Even if these two people have sex before the incident, then even one cannot force other one to sexual act or illegal sex and has to respect his/her wishes. The sexual aggression and rape is not an act of love, it is and will always be the just an act of violence and aggression. One may find the victim in some sort of appealing clothes, and utters that he did that because he thought that victim was asking him for it. But that act of violence is in fact the wrong one, as whatever the victim wore that night one doesn't have any right to do any sexual act without the partner's permission.

John Wayne Gacy

Talking about that guy he was born in Chicago, and was the second one along with two sisters. He had the Danish and Polish heritage along with him. He was both nonathletic and overweight from the early stages of his life. His two sisters and mother were very close to him but he had a very bad relation with his father. His grandparents were both from Poland paternally. His father used to beat all of his children and wife and was a proper alcoholic case. In the beginning of his life, Gacy did not being able to impress his dad and was always been a victim of hatred and violence from his dad. Talking about his elderly life, he was a very famous person and an intelligent business man with successful Kentucky and KFC managerial experiences. In September 1964, Gacy met a colleague, Marlynn Myers, whose parents owned franchises of Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants in Waterloo, Iowa. Gacy Marlynn married in 1965, and Fred Myers, his new stepfather, offered to direct one of its franchises in Iowa. His stepfather considered him "a braggart and a liar" but he wanted her to be near him. Gacy accepted and moved to Iowa with his wife. Gacy easily worked 12 hours a day, and sometimes even 14 hours. He was very enthusiastic and wanted to understand everything and know everything about his new job.

It was natural kindness, came with it. Even when he divorced his first wife after a trial for sodomy dark (no U.S. states by law prohibiting anal intercourse between men), their common son was in charge of it but he paid for his maintenance and moved, no fuss, ...
