Dilemma

The organizational dilemmas are norms of the workplaces these days. At many places, the human being, in the form of manager, administrator, or supervisor, is driven by their interest and motives to work for their own benefits and nature. Such a thing also happened in this organization. In the organziation, a new administrator/supervisor is hired. Within a few weeks, new forms for record keeping are distributed. She tells the staff that she has discovered a way to make it look like more clients are being served and more visits are being made than actually are. She informs the staff that there is a real danger that the budget will be cut and clients will not receive services unless everyone cooperates and uses the forms in the way she has told staff to complete them. The five other workers in your program agree to fill out the forms as she has asked, while I do not like the way she has been getting the forms filled. Issues

Supervisor is not considering the mission and objectives of the organizations and, making wrong choices which guide employees to the wrong path. This is not the case of honesty and, supervisor is not telling the truth. The first issue is of Psychological Egoism.

Psychological Egoism

Psychological egoism is the theory of human nature that says that behavior is self-interested motivations driven, and denies the existence of behaviors truly altruistic. Psychological egoism claims to be a theory about how individual's behaviors consequently must be differentiated from ethical egoism, according to which individuals are morally motivated by self-interest and rational egoism, which suggests that the rational is to maximize actor's interests in all circumstances.

Lack of leadership

The second issue is the lack of leadership skills such as problem solving ability and, decision making capability.

When Supervisor shows positive attitude then, it will become opportunities and experiences and, most important aspect of Supervisor is to access to each information in Lowes because, it will help to learn about the directions to get there. Problems of organization also provide information and, this will help Supervisor to get more and more information of each related sector in organization.

Duty

The first and foremost aim of any organization is to satisfy customer requirements and, if customer requirements are not met then, it will bring negative aspects to the organization. The duty of each employee is to do the work with honesty and integrity. Supervisor is not at all focusing to perform certain tasks with honesty and, duty is performed by choosing a negative path. There are certain things which are creating hurdles in performing a positive duty. Selfishness moral or ethical egoism is a doctrine ethical philosophy which states that people should have the rules ...
