At many places, the human being, in the form of manager, administrator, or supervisor, is driven by their interest and motives to work for their own benefits and nature. Such a thing also happened in this organization. In the organziation, a new administrator/supervisor is hired. Within a few weeks, new forms for record keeping are distributed.
