Introduction

The phenomenon of loyalty is considered as an act of devotion, faithfulness of an individual towards any person, group, case or country. The loyalty in business has gained so much importance in these days. From the philosophical point of view the people can be loyal towards several different things, whereas some has considered it as the most interpersonal act which is strictly related towards another person. This paper focus on the Duska's point of view on the loyalty and considering his view points in laying out answers of the questions.

Discussion

In general it has been assumed that the employees of an organization hold a prima facie duty of loyalty towards their companies. Ronald Duska is not agreed with any duty related to the loyalty of companies (Duska, 2007). According to him, there is no any duty like Loyalty towards company and nobody is obliged to be loyal towards his company, not even a prima facie. He thinks that organizations are not adequate objects to be loyal with. He has concluded his discussion on the two foundations that; Loyalty is only adequate in that relationship that need self sacrifice with hoping for any benefit and second that relationship among company and employee does not need any sacrifice.

Loyalty in the Context of Whistle Blowing

Whistle blowing is considered as a precious tool in an organizational setting and a corporate governance strategy because it gives empowerment to the employees to take an action against any incident regarding misconduct and facilitate to manage and maintain the workplace safety, whereas, it also works as protecting reputation and profits as well.
