Introduction

Originally, e-learning was developed in academia as a teaching and research object. Subsequently, the private sector has been on the market, with more targeted objectives: increasing productivity in teaching, both intellectually and professionally. Both in terms of technology than on pedagogy, e-learning has focused on meeting the needs of an intellectual and financial elite, without taking into account the target groups of low socioeconomic status.
