Introduction

Many organizations face the challenges posed by globalization of the economy but if it wants to attain success in the local markets and competitiveness on the worldwide stage, it is well known that it should not depend only on its customary actions, based on the utilization of the same human resource talents. Moreover, it has been generally acknowledged that, to successfully regulate to increasing universal competition, organizations should get complete benefit of a more cultured inhabitants and extremely skilled personnel. Therefore, education is seen as essential to its future growth.

Discussion

Education is seen as a key cornerstone for developing a competent, skilled and flexible workforce. An organization can not only pay high grade salaries to its precious assets that are human resources but it can also develop such skills in its human resources by giving them certain level of training in their respective fields. It is better for organizations to not only buy in the new skills it needs but it should also grow its own talent through different training tools (Blauner, 2007 Pp 278).

Duty of Employers

It is the duty of employers that they should not only hire such workforce that is already acquaint and skilled with the knowledge of their respective fields but it is also their responsibility to develop their employees time to time through different orientation and training programs so they that would be beneficial for not only the organization but also for the society (Bianchi, Melissa, Liana, John, 2008 Pp 191).

The human factor is the foundation and engine of any enterprise and its influence is decisive in the development, evolution and future direction of the organization he belongs to. Humans will always remain the most valuable asset of the companies and only through their education and skills; an organization can succeed in achieving its set targets (Beck, Patrick, Charles, 2008 Pp 704).

Theory of Scientific Administration

A theory of scientific administration given by Frederic Taylor has placed greater emphasis on training and staff training within enterprises. Entrepreneurs, general managers and leaders of institutions have also placed greater emphasis to the need for the development of their organizations with training and development programs that promote personal growth and increase productivity rates, quality and excellence in performance of duties by the employees (Beaud, Michel, 2001 Pp 323).

Staff Training

The development of employees through staff training by the employers is essential because staff training is also a kind of education and is considered as the foundation for the development and improvement of not only organization but also the society. The training given in organizations should be designed particularly as an education model through which it is first important to form a culture of corporate identity and social values based on productivity and quality in work tasks. (Baron, 2005 Pp 189)
