Usually two or three teachers can become in partnership with the best interest of the child along with the director and or supervisors; who will help along the way. School has to become one in helping each other to become educators. We as teachers have to be responsible for connecting with parents and making ways in which we socially connect with them. Even by meeting their standards and expectations where you have to go about by meeting them in the middle to help them realize you do respect them. We need to show them that we care, and give them the expectations of giving their children the best in communicating and shoring your thoughts with respecting theirs.
