Effective Writing

Introduction

Effective writing is something which attracts the readers towards the concepts and the depictions made in the text. As far is my writing is concerned, I was not an effective writer in the beginning of my professional career and I was not able to attract audience towards my writing. However, after struggle and the striving efforts to improve my writing skills I gradually became able to express my ideas through my words effectively and I came to know about the concepts of effective writing. The efforts that I put in and the methods which I learned for writing effectively are all the key elements of my progress in this context which I would like to share with the audience.

While writing effectively, the target audience is the most key element which can direct the minds frame of the writer. The selection of vast ranges of audience requires a great amount of skills to write and express the ideas effectively. Effective writing is the way of writing in which, writer is able to attract a reader by delivering his intended feelings in such a way that the reader gets it easy to understand the writer's premise and there are chances of either acceptance or rejection of writer's point of view. Effective writing is composed of a single topic and does not contain any extra irrelevant information. An effectively written paper has a well organized pattern which can be clearly understood by the reader and the flow is smooth and continuous throughout the depiction of the writer (Graham, 2006). Effective and professional writing always is supported by the referenced examples and all the arguments made are well coherent in accordance with literature review used. There are no vivid or wayward wordings used and the selection of the vocabulary is very efficient. In a nutshell, the methods and techniques which are required in order to write effectively should be followed in an organized pattern and this is the same that I have adopted in order to improve and enhance my writing skills.
