Introduction

Feedback is a management tool that should be considered in every aspect of every organization, regardless of the industrial sector, employees or customer base. Although feedback is extremely important for the development of long-term success of any organization, regardless of the industrial sector, employees or customer base, it can deal with some level of resistance or uncertainty. For some reviewers are equal and, therefore, perceived or presented as a (negative) criticism, when in fact such a belief or reaction unfounded (Gough, 2000). There are many methods that are widely used to generate feedback, such as surveys (based on the Web, through regular or electronic mail) conversations in the form of questions and answers, group discussions, personal interviews, or observations.

Extroverts and introverts look at the problems of interaction and teamwork with the diametrically opposite positions, which generate a lot of problems, starting with low productivity and lack of communication finishing team members during the work, and before and after work.
