Introduction

The aim of the study is to understand the differences and similarities between introverts and extroverts and the level of feedback they give. Keeping in mind that introverts rely on internal elements rather that external factors, it is assumed that they take things more positively, hence providing a more positive feedback as compared to extroverts. The study will rely on a respectable amount of literature review to get a better understanding of the difference and mindset of the two personalities. This understanding will be used to design questionnaires which will be used to elicit specific information that will help the researcher to conclude if introverts give a more positive feedback as compared to extroverts.

Extroverts are believed to be sociable, assertive, and are interested in finding external stimuli. On the other hand, Introverts are contemplative, sociable on a less end. They can not be classified as loners because of their preference of having fewer friends. The term introversion is not intended to explain or refer to discomfort on a social level and social preferences such as being shy, but they may just prefer a less social activity. Introversion and extroversion are generally treated as a solo range. It is important to note that behavior differ in introverts and extroverts at different interval of time. Additionally it has been noted that even intense extroverts and introverts do not always behave in accordance with their nature.
