Introduction

EFQM model has shown below. EFQM model stand for “European Foundation for Quality Management”, it specifies that consumer approval, people (employee) approval and impact on people are accomplished through leadership. Leadership impels the policy and strategy, the people management, capital and developments compulsory to create excellence in business results. The EFQM model provides a much more dynamic set of standards for developing and measuring the effectiveness of total quality approaches than ISO 9000.
