Introduction

Emotion is the factor which tends to separate us form the other animals present on this planet, it is the emotion which tends translate us into the figure of human beings. However, in the context of this paper we will be focusing on the theory of Emotional Labor by Arlie Russell Hochschild's. Where the customers are the citizens, and it is in very interest of the government to satisfy their citizens. This paper, therefore, would highlight the use of emotional labor from the local level.
