As an employee of Abettor Personnel, you can have the opportunity to try several different industries and occupations to find out what works best for you. This type of varied experience gives you valuable skills and strengthens your future opportunities in the labor market. At Abettor Personnel, our task is to define each work assignment in cooperation with the customer, and to be aware of your desires, goals and qualifications so that we can offer you interesting assignments. We are committed to satisfying each customer's requirements and expectations. We provide our clients with a quality guarantee on all our services. Abettor Personnel is a member of the Staffing and Recruiting Industry Association, which is a member of NHO Service. This ensures that we follow current laws and regulations in effect at all times.

Employment Contract

You are employed by Abettor Personnel in order to perform work assignments for our customers, in accordance with assignments agreed between Abettor and the clients. Your employment relationship begins when you start your first assignment.

Before you begin working for Abettor, we will sign and enter into a contract of employment with you. In all work relationships the Working Environment Act regulates the relationship between employee and employer, and your contract of employment has been prepared in accordance with these rules (Briscoe, 2008). Abettor is responsible for ensuring that you receive your regular pay and holiday pay, and we are responsible for payment of tax, social security and contributions to mandatory occupational pension plans (OTP) on your behalf.

Obligations

Every employee has a duty to act loyally towards the employer. Each member of our staff is required to treat all business matters of Abettor and our clients as confidential. The duty of confidentiality applies even after you have finished an assignment. Breach of this duty of confidentiality is considered a serious breach and may result in dismissal (Twomey, 2009).

If the client wishes to extend your assignment beyond the originally agreed contract period, you must contact your Abettor consultant to arrange for the extension. You are free to accept or reject new assignments and extensions offered to you. If the client asks you to terminate the assignment before the agreed end date, you must contact your advisor at Abettor as soon as possible so that we can find other suitable work for you.

Dismissal

Once you have accepted an assignment, you commit yourself to completing the whole period of the assignment. If you wish to terminate your employment with Abettor, the provisions of the Working Environment Act apply, and require you to give us one-month' notice after the trial period has ended. Cf. Working Environment Act, Rules for dismissal (Strecker, 2011).
