Ethics and moral engagement are something this us all the meeting at one time or another. Even in a professional arrangement, all the people should act to some extent who would confirm the good of the company. Why is this good, moral and the moral behavior step always? Is because certain do not include/understand ethics and what it means to be moral? To be moral, one must decide between right and forgery, determine what is for the appreciation of the company and the act consequently. Ethics has three basic criteria which must be engagements met, ideas morals, and consequences (Ruggiero, 2004).
